    I love Manchurian but have never seen it with cabbage. Recipe please 😉

    2 cups finely chopped cabbage (or any veg of your choice)

    Half teaspoon garam masala

    1 tsp chilli powder

    1 tsp salt

    1 tsp garlic ginger paste

    3 tb corn starch

    3 tb all purpose flour


    Quarter cup green capsicum julienned

    Quarter cup chopped white onion

    Quarter cup chopped green onion stems

    One or two fresh chilies

    2 chopped garlic cloves


    3 tb tomato ketchup

    2 tb spicy sauce of your choice

    1 tsp dark soy

    Quarter cup water

    Slurry made from 1tsp cornstarch + 2tb water

    Combine everything from the ‘balls’ list, form into little balls, brush with oil and air fry on preheated 350f/180c for around 20 mins flipping halfway through (or deep fry for few mins til golden). Set aside.

    Sautée ‘veg’ in a wok or wide pan in a little oil for about three mins. Add ‘sauce’ ingredients, adding the quarter cup of water slowly til you get desired consistency. Boil for a minute.

    Add the ‘balls’ and gently stir to coat. Once coated and heated through, it’s ready to serve.
